On October 14 of this year in the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the working group on consideration of proposals of employers on the need for foreign labor and to its redistribution within the quotas approved for the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of work, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan of Klara Tazetdinova has taken place.
 

On October 13, 2016 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation internal protection of the application of the Republic of Tatarstan for inclusion of the Kama innovative territorial and production cluster in the list of innovative clusters – participants of the priority project "Development of Innovative Clusters — Leaders of World-class Investment Appeal" has taken place.

On October 14, 2016 at 14:00 in a conference room of non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan"  (further – Fund) to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55 opening of envelopes with the applications submitted by banks for participation in an open competition in selection of banks for placement to deposits of funds of Fund, announced on September 14, 2016 has taken place.

Now public discussions and independent anti-corruption examination concerning the text of the draft federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law No. 44-FZ "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs " and Separate Acts of the Russian Federation" (Law No. 44-FZ) are carried out.
 

On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a presidium session of the Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan, where investor companies presented seven projects.

We remind that since September, 2016  of 5 specialized offices of My Documents network for businessmen ("MPC for business") located in the cities of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga and Chistopol carry out their work.  
 

Order taking is conducted till October 17. The applications which have arrived after October 17 participate in a competition of the next year.
The competition "Fifty Best Innovative Ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan" is held already for the 12th time. Winners of the Competition get cash bonuses from 25 to 50 thousand rubles and financing on development of the projects. Winners will be defined in 8 nominations.
 

Non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" (hereinafter - the Fund) informs about the beginning of the open competition of selecting the banks to participate in the provision of guarantees from 12.10.2016 till 11.11.2016. The tender applications are accepted: Chernyshevsky str., 33, the conference hall Kazan, The Republic of Tatarstan, 420111, weekdays 09 am – 13 pm, 14 pm – 18 pm. 

On October 12, during his working trip to Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting of the Russian Presidential Council for Strategic Development chaired by Chairman of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

The courses "Legal Support of Export Activity" and "Business Communication in Export Activity" became available to the listeners who are trained to bases of export activity on the portal of the REC Educational project.
Each course consists of four modules which are presented in a format pass video lectures with test questions and methodical materials.
