In St. Petersburg the XV all-Russian forum "Strategic planning in regions and the cities of Russia : dialogue in search of coherence" will take place on October 24-25, 2016. This year the forum will note the fifteenth anniversary. The forum will become the basic platform for discussion of questions of implementation of the Federal law No. 172-FZ "About strategic planning in the Russian Federation".
 

Today in the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Coordination council on compensation, the income andthe population living standard at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations concerning "About the Financial and Economic Situation and Measures for Repayment of Debt on Payment of the Salary and for Payments on Obligatory Pension, Medical and Social Insurance Accepted by the Organizations" has taken place. At a meeting the situation with payment of the salary and payment of payments on a personal income tax, on obligatory pension, medical and social insurance at the enterprises debtors of Kazan, Novosheshminsky and Verkhneuslonsky, Buinsky municipal districts was considered.
 

Today the representative of the Ministry of Economics of RT has participated in a meeting of association of female deputies of the State Council of RT "Merkhemet-Miloserdiye" on a subject: "Presentation of the most significant and perspective social and humanitarian projects".
 

In Moscow in the territory of science and technology park "Calibre" the practical conference "Industrial Russia 4.0 : mechanisms of the advancing development" will take place on October 27, 2016. The Association of clusters and science and technology parks will act as the organizer of a conference.
 

In the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the balance commission on consideration of results of financial and economic activity of the enterprises of transport and road economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 9 months 2016 and the expected results for 2016 on October 20, 2016 has taken place.
 

In the course of holding the Competition selection of the projects assuming performance of research and development for implementation of road maps of the National technological initiative of NTI approved by Presidium of Council at the President of Russia for modernization of economy and innovative development of Russia is planned.
 

In the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on October 19 and 20 there have taken place meetings of three Committees. Oleg Pelevin has taken part in work of Committee on Education, culture, science and ethnic questions and Committee on social policy, Ayrat Shamsiyev has taken part in work of Committee on ecology, environmental management, agro-industrial and food policy. Consideration of the bill "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and for Planning Period of 2018 and 2019" became the main question of the agenda.
 

Within the concluded agreement between LLC Leasing Company of Small Business of the Republic of Tatarstan (further – the Leasing company) and non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" (further – Fund) about participation in the program of providing guarantees by the staff of Fund the training seminar for the staff of the Leasing company is held. The action took place in a form of a round table. 

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan declares start of the VII Republican competition of journalistic works and media projects about development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan.
 

The meeting of Public council at the Department of FTS of Russia on the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of public organizations, associations, business communities has taken place on October 20 on which with the report the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov has talked  with the topic "Tax Preferences for Subjects of Small and Average Business"  where he has urged heads to strengthen on "places" work on knowledge of tax preferences which subjects of small and average business can use one more year.
