The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan has held on November 18, 2016 a charge-free seminar for the organizations of the republic on a subject: "Implementation of the Standard of development of the competition in the Republic of Tatarstan. Transition of the unitary enterprises to purchases according to requirements of the law on contract system".
 

For improvement of an order of providing the state services of federal public authorities, and also receiving feedback since 2013 continuous monitoring of quality of services through the "Your Control" system created by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is carried out.
 

Today citizens can use electronic services of the majority of federal departments through the Uniform federal Portal of the state services gosuslugi.ru. But at the same time to submit the application on a federal Portal for receiving those services which demand reliable protection of personal information it is required to confirm the account. It is impossible to make it independently from the home computer.
 

Today at one specialized office of My Documents network subjects of business can receive the state services, beginning from: registration of legal entity or the individual entrepreneur, receiving extracts from information systems of the Federal Registration Service, Tax administration, Pension fund, Social insurance fund, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and also registration of the rights for real estate, the notice of the beginning of business activity, etc., and specialized services: information and consulting services and measures of the state support, service of JSC MSP Corporation, JSC Russian Export Center, financial credit institutions, insurance companies and other accompanying services and services for business.
 

Within a videoconference representatives of the Russian regional authorities, expert community, specialists of the World Bank have discussed recent trends of economic development, the forecast of social and economic development, impact of budgetary tax policy on distribution of the income and other questions.
 

In the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 16 in the mode of a videoconference the meeting on the main direction of strategic development of the Russian Federation of "Monotown" under the leadership of the Deputy Chief of the Russian Government Staff, the director of the department of design activity of the Government of the Russian Federation Andrey Slepnev has taken place.
 

Since November 14, 2016 training of team of the monotown of Mendeleevsk, since November 18, 2016 teams of the monotowns of Chistopol, Nizhnekamsk and the Kamskiye Pilyany according to the Program of vocational training for training of the teams, managing projects of monotowns development and which are carried out together with Fund of development of monotowns according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation has begun (further – the Program).

The relevant bill "About Modification of Article 333.35 of Part Second of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation" drafted by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation assumes an opportunity to natural persons to receive a privilege on payment of the state tax in case of filing of application about providing service in an electronic form and payments of the state tax for commission of legally significant actions with use federal and regional portals of the state and municipal services and other portals integrated with uniform system of identification and authentication. The state tax will be paid taking into account decreasing coefficient 0,7.
 

On November 17 solemn delivery of certificates to the first graduates of the School of the young innovator which has become the pilot interuniversity project of preparation for the "UMNIK" (CLEVER MAN) program has taken place.
