The state committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases together with SUE Center of Development of Purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan holds on November 29, 2016 a seminar meeting for SAB, SSP, SONKO, organizations of persons with disabilities and republican producers on a subject: "Participation in procurement according to laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ". 
 

For the solution of the questions connected with impossibility of receiving a number of federal services in the exterritorial principle (in the location of the applicant), the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has prepared the list of such state services of federal executive authorities and state non-budgetary funds.

Development department of contract system of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in the letter of September 19, 2016 No. D28i-2574 explains that in case on a sealed-bid auction only one participant from allowed to participation in a sealed-bid auction was and the application of such participant conforms to requirements of documentation on purchase, then with this participant the contract as  with the only supplier (the contractor, the performer) according to point 24 of part 1 of article 93 of the Law No. 44-FZ is concluded.
