On 15 December 2017, within the framework of the VI Russian-Kyrgyz Interregional Conference in Bishkek, the agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, and humanitarian cooperation was signed between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in order to strengthen cooperation in economy and trade, as well as to develop partnerships in science, education, and culture. The agreement was signed by Artyom Zdanov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Artyom Novikov, Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the presence of Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.
On 20 to 21 December 2017, a regular meeting of the Task Group on the development of business relations in the field of infrastructure technologies, innovations, and industry will be held in Vienna (Austria) under the co-chairmanship of Russia's State Secretary and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oleg Fomichev.

Today, on 14 December 2017, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan welcomed a delegation of the People's Republic of China, led by Mr. Zheng Zhaohui, President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China National Environmental Protection Group (CNEPG).
Within the framework of the visit, deputy minister of economy Bulat Khaziakhmetov held a meeting with the delegation, in course of which the investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented.
On 13 to 14 December 2017, the conference "Reforming Control and Supervision Activities: First Results and New Challenges" takes place at the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation in Moscow. This event is designed to sum up the results of the first year of running the reform of control and supervision activities, as well as to outline further tasks for 2018.
More than 200 representatives of federal authorities, executive bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of the expert community, and businesses, take part in the conference.
The Center for Support of Exports of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Foundation for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan invites representatives of export-oriented small and medium-size businesses to take a new course in online trade for exporters within the Russian Export Center's Educational Project. The training will take place on 13 December 2017.

Within the framework of the passport of the priority program "Reform of Control and Supervisory Activities", the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia approved the Standard for Comprehensive Prevention of Violations of Mandatory Requirements.
The Standard is aimed at ensuring systematic integration of preventive measures in the current activities of regulatory and supervisory bodies. The adopted document summarizes the existing experience of preventive activities of regulatory and supervisory agencies, foreign practice, and methodological developments.

On 12 December 2017, a meeting "How to Establish a Dialog with Retail Chains" was held in Kazan. Local producers got acquainted with current requirements for the delivery of goods to retail chains and held individual negotiations with retailers. The event was attended by 224 representatives of companies of the Republic of Tatarstan, engaged in the manufacturing of both food, and non-food products.
Following the event, both sides spoke positively about this meeting, noting the outcome of the talks held.
The III national competition "Best Social Project-2017" is held from November 2017 to February 2018.
Among the participants there are: commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs, NPOs, which are the winners of regional stages of the competition, recommended by the Center for Social Innovations following the results of regional stages of the competition.
Applications for the regional stage shall be accepted until 15 December 2017.
The federal stage will be carried out until 31 January 2018.

On 8 December 2017, Lenar Akhmetov, Chief of the Kama Center for Cluster Development at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in the event "Results and Prospects for the Development of the Food Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan". Results of the cluster's activities, implemented joint projects, existing, and possible measures of state support for cluster members and the concept and prospective development areas for the next year were highlighted during the event.
