The foundation for support of innovations continues to accept applications from small businesses under the COOPERATION program.

The program is aimed at development of partnership between small businesses and Industrial Partners within the framework of R&D efforts.

The amount of the grant exceeds RUR 25 mln, subject to co-financing from non-budgetary sources in the amount of at least 100% of the grant. Co-financing can be provided by the grant receiver (at the expense of either own or borrowed funds) and/or Industrial Partner.

Applications can be submitted via AS Fonla-M system at:  http://online.fasie.ru till February 26, 2018.

On January 19, 2018, a meeting on operations of the areas of advance social and economic development established in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol, and Zelenodolsk monocities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place at the Ministry of economy board of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the meeting, issues pertaining to development and operations of the areas of advance social and economic development, established under Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2017, within the monocities of Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol, and Zelenodolsk were discussed.

In 2011, Federal Law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ On Purchasing of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Persons was passed, that increased 3 times from the 9 pages of its initial revision. To elaborate some of its provisions, multiple regulations and orders of the Government were issued and continue to be issued. Important key changes made by the State Duma in December include, that purchasing effected between small and medium size businesses will only be possible on electronic sites approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and only in a way provisioned by the law (bid, auction, call for proposals, request for quotations).

Today, on January 19, 2018, Head of the Department of economy of the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany Thoma Graf made a working visit to the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of this visit, minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Zdunov held a meeting, in course of which the economic potential of the Republic of Tatarstan was presented, and cooperation of German companies with enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as localisation of foreign production facilities within the region were discussed.

On January 18, 2017, a pitch-session was held of participants of the priority project "Development of Innovative Clusters – Leaders of the World Level Investment Attractiveness" with potential foreign investors, attracted by the European Business Association. The session was held within the framework of the event "Cluster Approach in the Digital Production Era" of the Gaidar Forum "Russia and the World: Goals and Values".

The XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems and Prospects of Innovative Economic Development: An Innovative Way for Regional Development" will be held on September 10–15, 2018 in Alushta (the Republic of Crimea). Traditionally, the conference will be attended by scientists and specialists of national academies of sciences, ministries and departments, regional and local state administrations, innovative enterprises, scientific institutions, higher education institutions.

The Federal Law No. 479-FZ of December 29, 2017 has amended the Federal Law No. 210-FZ of July 27, 2010 "On the Organization of Provision of State and Municipal Services" with regard to securing the possibility of providing state and municipal services in multi-functional centers (MFC, "My Documents" offices) of several state (municipal) services by submitting a single application by an applicant.

The Federal Law No. 433-FZ of December 28, 2017 amended the Federal Law No. 171-FZ of November 22, 1995 "On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcohol and Alcohol-Containing Products and Restriction on Consumption (Drinking) of Alcohol Products".

On December 31, 2017, the President of the Russian Federation signed the Federal Law No. 502-FZ "On Amending Article 360 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation".

On December 30th, 2017, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted a decree No. 1716 "On amending certain acts of the Government of the Russian Federation on adoption of orphans and children without parental care by families".
