The law on state regulation of the production and turnover of alcohol and alcohol-containing products has been amended

The Federal Law No. 433-FZ of December 28, 2017 amended the Federal Law No. 171-FZ of November 22, 1995 "On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcohol and Alcohol-Containing Products and Restriction on Consumption (Drinking) of Alcohol Products".

The document is aimed on improving legal regulations in the area of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, as well as counteracting illicit turnover of alcohol products.
