The Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan organizing this event noted the increased interest among businessmen. "Perezagruzka" is a new format-intensive intended for both the business beginners and successful businessmen. Training of entrepreneurs and support is one of the tasks set by the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnihanov. As it was noted by the Minister of Econony of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev, small and medium-sized businesses today is the basic factor of economic growth and labor productivity increase: "Access to information and education resources is a basic component of the business industry. We are planning to study and implement best practices, follow and be a part of the changes happening in the modern world".

Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan received a notification from the Department of Regulatory Impact Assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia on holding public consultations on the draft Federal Law On Introduction of Changes in the Federal Law On The Basics of State Regulation of Trade in the Russian Federation".

On March 12, at a meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, the Supervisory Board of the Special Economic Zone approved the project on the construction of a plant for producing cold-rolled flat products at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone. The event was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev. The total investment cost of the project amounts to 250 million US dollars.

Opening the first meeting of the Supervisory Board in 2018, Tatarstan President noted that there are 56 residents of the Alaguba Special Economic Zone, 23 productions with over 6,000 employees are operating. Revenue of residents made 76 billion roubles in 2017. “I think, this is the result of major efforts,” Minnikhanov noted.

"Technologies of financial analysis of enterprises and organizations" in-service training program opened today at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of the Kazan State University. It is designed for members of evaluation commissions of executive bodies and bodies of local self-government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 In the framework of short-term training, attendees will learn and update their competences in ways of holding evaluation commissions, labor law, corporate tax liabilities, methods of accounting and financial reporting analysis, and in the field of financial management.  The issue of bankruptcy of organizations will also be addressed by the program participants. The program will be conclude with a final certification, presentation of a case study on the analysis of financial performance of organizations and ceremony of handing of documents of specified form.
