SEZ "Yelabuga" is collecting future top managers

The largest SEZ (Special Economic Zone) in Russia declares the third selection for the Corporate University - a unique career accelerator, where each graduate has the opportunity and resources to implement his own industrial management project. The target of the University - is to find people, who can become directors of new plants in three years.

The Corporate University  - this is three months of intensive training from top managers: TOPs of the companies Ford, Belaya Dacha, 3M, Kastamonu, Rockwool, Interskol, Armstrong and other international and federal enterprises will become supervisors for the students. The leading Russian practices are among the business coaches. The purpose of training - is to implement the own project based on SEZ.

After a three-month course, the graduates of the Corporate University are ready to manage major projects, attract international investment, build successful teams, work under constant changes, and think at the level of top managers and business owners.

"Our graduates create projects at various levels, from local to international." Now, in the University we would like want to train people, who will head new plants in SEZ in three years, building them from zero level. For such people we are ready to give skills, capabilities, and resources to achieve the greatest challenges! "We want to make them generals of the Russian industry," tells the Director of the Corporate University - Dmitry Kiselev.

The Yelabuga Corporate University of SEZ annually collects 5000 applications from all over Russiain order to find 75 outstanding candidates and "patriots" of their own business. The final selection is made only for 25 people-they become students of the Corporate University and receive the possibility to implement their own projects on the basis of Russia's largest SEZ. Two years after the university began its work, more than 30 graduates out of 50 became the leaders in  SEZ. The others have received proposals for career improvement in their previous jobs.

There are no restrictions in the University in either occupation or age. You can start to implement your own projects and achieve new goals even today — it is enough to fill in the application form on the website uni.alabuga.ru. The selection goes in several stages: online testing, skype interview, business simulation. The training of a new group of 25 most ambitious managers of Russia will start on October 1.
