“TatKlimatMash” and “Venskie Vafli” companies’ applications for implementation of investment projects at PSEDA “Naberezhnye Chelny” have been approved

Today the Republican Commission meeting on processing of applications for concluding an agreement on carrying out activities in Priority Social and Economic Development Area, chaired by Artem Zdunov, the Republic of Tatarstan Minister of Economy was held in Kazan.

Finally “TatKlimatMash” and “Venskie Vafli” companies’ investment projects were approved.

“TatKlimatMash” company from Moscow region (Zvenigorod), the manufacturer of climate control units, plans to create 33 jobs.

LLC “Venskie Vafli” (Naberezhnye Chelny) is the manufacturer of confectionery products with 53 jobs. The investments volume of two companies will amount to 170.48 million rubles and 265.5 million rubles, respectively.

Let us recall that “Naberezhnye Chelny” received PSEDA status among the first in Russia and currently 9 companies have been registered there.

The volume of investments made by PSEDA “Naberezhnye Chelny” residents amounted to 8.5 billion rubles and 1800 jobs have been created.

“TatKlimatMash” company will be located in the KIP “Master” and the lease agreement has been already concluded,” commented Eldar Timergaliev, Executive Committee Deputy Head. “New investors are attracted by PSEDA “Naberezhnye Chelny” privileges and rental areas cheapness. At the first stage of the development “TatKlimatMash” company will manufacture climate control equipment, and “Venskie Vafli” company will produce macaroni cakes on an industrial scale.”

It should be noted that one more company is on the waiting list for obtaining PSEDA resident status in Naberezhnye Chelny.
