Financial state support for business under leasing programs is doubling in Tatarstan

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan announces an increase in the availability of financing for priority categories of entrepreneurs. The maximum limits on key products of leasing programs have been doubled, as well as the conditions for purchasing imported equipment have been changed.

To stimulate the economy and support business, the following limits have been approved for leasing programs:  

- "Leasing support for CBR participants" — the limit has been increased from 20 to 40 million rubles. The support is aimed at the purchase of equipment by entrepreneurs participating in a Special Military Operation (SMO), their family members and employers whose employees serve in the SMO zone. Under the terms of the program, you can get a preferential lease at 5% per annum with an advance payment of 15%.

- "Sustainable development" — the limit has been increased from 20 to 40 million rubles.  

The interest rate on the product is 9.5% per annum. The lease term is from 13 to 60 months, the advance starts from 15%, 0% - when providing a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.

- "Islamic Leasing (Ijara)" — the amount of financing has been increased from 15 to 30 million rubles. Under the terms of the product, the lease period will be from 13 to 60 months. Security payment - from 10% of the value of the leased item, but not less than the cost of the lessor's expenses related to the acquisition of the leased item. 

These measures, implemented within the framework of the federal project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurship initiatives" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", will allow enterprises and entrepreneurs to actively modernize production, purchase modern equipment and develop business projects. 

"Leasing is one of the key tools for implementing investment projects, providing enterprises with access to modern means of production and technological renewal. The decisions taken are aimed at expanding the range of preferential financial instruments, taking into account industry specifics and investment cycle parameters," said Midhat Shagiakhmetov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan — Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 2025, Tatarstan entrepreneurs received support for the purchase of equipment in the amount of about 300 million rubles under state preferential leasing programs.

Funds were provided to enterprises from the real sector of the republic's economy for the purchase of domestic equipment.Among the recipients of support, companies operating in the food industry, metalworking and chemical industries predominate.
