From 5 to 9 of April Moscow will host a strategic session for the teams managing the clusters- leaders

Within the framework of implementing the priority project "Development of investment attractiveness of the innovative clusters-leaders at the world level" the Ministry of Economy Development of Russia together with the higher school of economy will arrange the strategic session for the teams, managing clusters-leaders, which will take place from 5 to 9 of April in Moscow in the educational center SRC HSE "Voronovo".

The strategic session invites the representatives of field specific state authorities and local self-government bodies, responsible for the implementation of cluster policy, higher educational institutions, specialized organizations and cluster "anchor" enterprises.

In the framework of the strategy session program it is planned to make an in-depth study of the "road maps", aimed at further implementation of territorial development strategies, approved in September 2016, eleven innovative clusters-participants of the priority project, which was completed by Kama innovative production territorial cluster, as well as their provisional protection before representatives of the federal bodies of executive power and development institutions.

In addition, it is planned to discuss projects of  innovation infrastructure development  and technology commercialization mechanisms, export development, and international cooperation, attraction of investments and scaling activities of medium-sized technology companies, organization of staff training, ensuring technological leadership, modernization and restructuring of the activities of the "anchor" clusters' enterprises.

According to the results of the work made by the leaders-clusters management teams it is also planned to develop a joint conceptual proposals for the further implementation of priority project of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia "Development of investment attractiveness of innovative leaders-clusters at the world level."
