The open day of the LLC PLANT PROFTERMO took place in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny

The open day of  LLC PLANT PROFTERMO  - a member of the Machine Building cluster in the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.

The enterprise was founded in 2002 with the purpose to provide professional services for heat treatment of parts and semi-finished products for manufacturers of automotive components for cars and trucks.

One of the major achievements of the enterprise is the conclusion of contracts on rendering services for thermal processing with businesses that supply their finished products and components for conveyors of PJSC KAMAZ, JSC AVTOVAZ, known for their requirements to the quality and regularity of supplies.

The policy of the LLC PLANT PROFTERMO envisages the continuous improvement of technological processes by maximizing their automation and replacing obsolete thermal equipment for more technologically advanced and energy efficient with the use of modern technical solutions and solutions of domestic and foreign enterprises. This helps to reduce the cost of the fulfilled services and improve their quality.

The center of shared usage made a presentation on the equipment of ion-plasma nitriding and  carbo nitriding in impulse plasma within scope of the state support provided in 2015 for the development of Kama Innovation territorial - manufacturing cluster was made with scope of the event. The equipment allows to carry out chemical and thermal processing of products, parts and tools, resulting in diffusive saturation of the surface layer by nitrogen at a temperature of 400-600 C. This technology significantly increases durability, wear resistance as well as anti-corrosive properties of products. The information on preferential terms for members of the Machine Building cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan and the report on the prospects of development of the enterprise are presented within the scope of the event.

In addition, there issue of getting by the LLC PLANT PROFTERMO of a resident status of Priority Social and Economic Development Area Naberezhnye Chelny was discussed.
