The issue of certificate of state registration of the legal entity and individual entrepreneurs is cancelled

From January 1, 2017  the issue of Certificate of State Registration of the legal entity and individual entrepreneurs has been cancelled.  During the registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, peasant (individual) farms instead of the State Registration Certificate - a Sheet, the extract from the relevant registry entries  -  Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Uniform State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs is issued.

The indicated changes in the procedure of documents' execution are provided by the Direction  of FTS of Russia dd. September 12, 2016 No. ММВ-7-14/481”On approving the format and contents of the document, confirming the fact of making an entry into Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Uniform State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, invalidation of separate directions of the Federal Tax Service".

Please be reminded, that it is possible to make the official registration of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur in the republic in a Unified Registration Body in the city of Kazan (Interregional Inspectorate of Federal Tax Service No.18 in the Republic of Tatarstan), as well as in all municipalities and urban districts in offices “My documents” (Multifunctional Centers of State and Municipal Services - MFC).
