The Second International Forum "Intellectual Property and Economy of Russian Regions" will be held in Kazan

During the period from February 8 to February 10, 2017 the Second International Forum “Intellectual Property and Economy of Russian Regions” (IP&ERR’2017) will take place on the site of State Autonomous Institution “Techno park in the field of IT”.

The forum will be held for the purposes of investigating issues, related to  commercialization, governance, protection of results of scientific - technical activities of enterprises and facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan and other regions of the Russian Federation, generalization of issues of dynamics in strategic changes of Russian regions, generalization of practices in the field of creation and governing the results of intellectual property and elaboration of further actions for improvement of the legislation base in respect of efficient usage of results of intellectual property in the innovative activities of the regions, enterprises and institutions.

Heads of Federal State Authorities, representatives of the World Organization of Intellectual Property, big companies, scientific and educational institutions, leading Russian and foreign scientists are invited to take part in the Forum.
