The information about the bankruptcy petition of the Legal entities will be included in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE)

The relevant changes were made in the Federal Law dated August 8, 2001 №129-ФЗ «Concerning the State Registration of Legal Entities and Private Entrepreneurs»

According to the changes, the legal body, which formally has characteristics concerned with the inactive organization, but the bankruptcy petition exists upon it, will not be excluded from USRLE.  The following information via e-documents will be given to the local tax office, and will be shown in USRLE:

- from the commercial court – the determination of accepting the statement of case about the adjudication in bankruptcy;

- from the register of bankruptcy records operator – data about carrying out procedures under the bankruptcy case.
