The Ministry of Economic Development has worked out draft agreement with regions on granting subsidy for SME support

The Ministry of Economic Development has worked out draft agreement on granting subsidy to RF legal entities from the federal budget, in framework of small and medium enterprises (SME) federal financial support implementation.

This document was prepared in accordance with the standard form agreement on granting subsidy to RF legal entity budget from the federal budget, approved by the Order of RF Ministry of Finance

Herewith, this form contains special provisions considering specificity of granting subsidies for SMEs state support, including owner-operated farms, and implementation of measures for young people business enterprises support.

It is necessary to alter RF entities regulatory legal acts, provide possibility of agreements conclusion in public finances state integrated information management system “Electronic Budget” and submit documents package to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia before 15 February 2017, for early conclusion of agreements on granting of subsidies to the regions.
