The Republic of Tatarstan Agency for State Order has shared its electronic trading organization experience with Sakhalin region

Sakhalin authorities are studying elaboration results ensuring small businesses access to public purchases. Yakov Geller, one of the creators of electronic trading system in the Russian Federation informed thereon the representatives of Ministry for regulation of contract system in the sphere of procurements in the region. Many economic and technological novelties in this field have been implemented with his direct participation. Today he is the head the SUE “Agency for State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The visit to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk took place in framework of execution of cooperation agreement, concluded between the Sakhalin region and the Republic of Tatarstan. During the meeting with representatives of island relevant agency, Yakov Geller gave presentation of projects and developments in the field of information technologies, designed to ensure small businesses access to purchase contracts for provisioning governmental needs.
