The changes in the legislation in the sphere of control and supervision which have come into force since January 1, 2017

We remind that since January 1, 2017 the changes made by the Federal law from 11/3/2015 No. 306-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs at Implementation of the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control" have come into force.
Also since January 1, 2017 the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 9/30/2016 No. 620 has staticized a standard form of the order (order) of control supervisory authority of conducting check of the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur.
