Rustam Minnikhanov has examined work of 500 Startups business incubator

The president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov within the working visit to the USA (on November 9-11, 2016) has met the management of 500 Startups business incubator. 
Based by the businessman Dave Makklyur now 500 Startups is one of the most known international venture funds. The staff of the company makes 150 people in 20 different countries of the world.
Christina Tsai, the co-founder of the company, has told about history of creation of business and the principles of selection of new projects. So, the company invests at a stage of "crops" in already ready projects in spheres of electronic commerce, mobile devices and applications, educations, financial technologies, etc.
The portfolio of fund makes about $200 million, it participates approximately in 1200 companies from 50 countries of the world. Mentors of an 500 Startups accelerator there  were top managers of PayPal, Google, Facebook, YouTube, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Twitter, Apple and other companies earlier.
500 Startups show more than 20 percent annual profitability.
