Rustam Minnikhanov has participated in a plenary session within the international investment forum in Sochi

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has participated in a plenary session within the international investment forum in Sochi.
The plenary session has been devoted to a subject "New quality of public administration: projects for growth, projects for life". Participants of a meeting were addressed by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
As Dmitry Medvedev has declared today in Russia there is a request for real change of the economic and social environment and a task of the power is to answer everything whenever possible quickly and productively.
"All this demands from us absolutely other approach, as it is accepted to speak now, design approach which first of all is focused on efficiency. 
Dmitry Medvedev has also important monotowns from questions, important for the country.
