Labour protection when using chemical substances

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the draft of the order of Ministry of Labor of Russia "About the approval of Rules on labor protection when using separate types of chemicals".
The problem to which solution the act is directed according to the developer is that the specified requirements are approved by various documents and separate interindustry rules which don't have obligatory action or not corresponding to the accepted standards.
