Attention of executive bodies of the government and local governments

The resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 9/9/2016 No. 892 has made changes to Rules of preparation of the state control (supervision) by bodies and bodies of municipal control of annual plans of conducting planned inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
It is provided that the check exception of the annual plan can be carried out now, among other:
- in connection with change of category of the objects making negative impact on the environment and also the level of the state ecological supervision;
- in connection with the termination or cancellation of action of the license - for the checks planned concerning licensees;
The resolution has come into force 9/21/2016 year.
