New checks of power engineering specialists won't improve a heating season

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the draft of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "About the statement of an order of assessment of readiness of subjects of power industry for work in a heating season".
The document which had to be developed in 2011 is submitted to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. However the purposes declared in his existing edition namely "ensuring steady and reliable supply with electric and thermal energy of it's consumers", according to the Ministry of Economic Development, can't be reached.
