Operation of the Law N 223-FZ extends to the lease contract of state property

The Ministry of Economic Development recommends to the tenant conducting procurement under the Law N 223-FZ to be guided by this Law at the conclusion of the lease contract of the state or municipal property.
As the Law N 223-FZ doesn't regulate an order of carrying out purchases by results of which such contracts are signed, it is considered to establish expediently these rules in the provision on purchase. For example, it is possible to specify in it that procurement of services in rent of state property is conducted at the only supplier.
