Basic approach to an assessment of results of the pilot project on creation of MPC for business in subjects of the Russian Federation is defined

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with subjects of the Russian Federation continues implementation of the pilot project on creation of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services focused on rendering of services to subjects of small and average business.

39 subjects of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan were a part of participants of the pilot project.

In July the first meeting of the working group on implementation of the pilot project on creation of MFTs for business with participation of representatives of the regions interested departments, the public associations representing the interests of businessmen, JSC SAB Corporation, representatives of expert community following the results of which the technique of an assessment of results of the pilot project has been approved has taken place.

According to a technique, participation of subjects of the Russian Federation in the pilot project will be estimated in the following directions:

1. the infrastructure of service of applicants created in MFTs for business;

2. the list of services and types of support for business, and also bodies and the organizations them providing;

3. volume and quality of rendering of services and types of support;

4. planning of activities for development of MFTs for business at the regional level.

Within participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the specified pilot project in 2016 creation in the territory of the republic of several offices of MFTs focused on rendering services to subjects of business is planned.
