Especially dangerous objects of communication

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the federal law draft "About modification of the Federal law "About Communication".

The document supposes to make changes to the law "About Communication" according to which under especially dangerous and technically difficult those constructions of communication which project documentation has provided height from 75 to 100 meters or deepening of underground part are understood is lower than a planning mark of the ground level from 5 to 15 meters.

"We suggest to establish the upper bound of an indicator of deepening of underground part of object of communication below a planning mark of 10 meters (but not 5 as it is established now), - the director of the department of an assessment of the regulating impact of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vadim Zhivulin. - It will help to exclude excessive administrative barriers without influencing quality of construction and operation of object".
