The evaluation procedure of a SEZ functioning efficiency is approved

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed, the prepared Ministry of Economic Development, the resolution No. 643 of July 7, 2016 "About an evaluation procedure of efficiency of functioning of special economic zones".

Rules establish an order of carrying out an efficiency evaluation and application of measures of responsibility for not achievement of measure values of efficiency of functioning of a SEZ. The procedure of payments of performance indicators, criteria of their assessment, an order of carrying out the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of an annual efficiency evaluation, preparation and submission to the Government of Russia of the report on results of functioning of a SEZ are determined.

The made decision will promote increase of management efficiency and functioning of a SEZ.
