Artem Shadrin has urged heads of clusters to begin development of 2.0 programs

The director of the department of strategic development and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin has urged heads of clusters to begin immediately development of programs of transition to 2.0 model.
On a round table "Innovative cluster of information and biopharmaceutical technologies of the Novosibirsk region: development vectors" within the IV International forum of technological development "Tekhnoprom-2016" Artem Shadrin has told that the ministry prepares support of transition of clusters to 2.0 model.
