The State Duma has adopted the bill of standard forms of connection to gas in the first reading

The State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation has approved in the first reading the Federal Law project "About modification of article 8 of the Federal law "About gas supply in the Russian Federation" regarding investment of the Government of the Russian Federation with powers according to standard forms of the documents necessary for connection of capital construction projects to a gas distribution network.
Realization of standards of this bill assumes introduction to the legislation of standard forms of applications for connection, and also the documents necessary for connection of capital construction projects to gas distribution networks.
