Amendments to the project making changes to the legislation on a notariate are prepared

The draft of the federal law "About modification of Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation on a notariate" has been introduced to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and has been accepted in the first reading 6/13/2016.
By this bill it is provided on the Internet of the round-the-clock access without collection of a payment to data on notarially certified powers of attorney.
