Discussion of the frame documents connected with implementation of the "Preservation and Development of the Small Historical Cities and Settlements" project is carried out

Now the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation conducts preparation of the "Preservation and Development of the Small Historical Cities and Settlements" project which realization will be enabled with the assistance of the International bank of reconstruction and development (further – IBRD) in the Vladimir, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Tver, Yaroslavl regions and the Republic of Tatarstan.
