Customers have to be registered in UIS till January 1

Since May 30, 2016 the Order of Federal Treasury from 12/30/2015 No. 27n "About the statement of the Order of registration in a unified information system in the sphere of purchases and recognition No. 4n which has become invalid for the order of Federal Treasury of March 25, 2014" comes into force.
Registration in UIS of systems and organizations, information on which is included in the Register of participants of the budgetary process, and also the legal entities who aren't participants of the budgetary process is carried out by Federal Treasury.
Forms of applications for registration the Federal Treasury will be posted on the official site of UIS.
