Implementation of the SO NPO program will increase quality of services in a social sphere

At parliamentary hearings "The role of socially oriented non-profit organizations in providing social services to the population" of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation they discussed questions of execution of the message of the President regarding a possibility of providing social services to the population by forces of socially oriented non-profit organizations.

The director of the department of social development and innovations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Artem Shadrin has submitted the draft of the program of stage-by-stage access of SO NPO, carrying out activity in the social sphere, to the budgetary funds allocated for providing social services to the population for 2016-2020.
