In Kazan on April 19, 2016 under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan of Artyom Zdunov there has taken place the scheduled meeting of Board of Association "non-profit partnership"Kama Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster".

During a meeting of Board the question concerning implementation of the project on development of domestic innovative transport systems with high ecological rates ("Electrobus") was considered.
