Customers which are obliged to buy innovative productionunder according to the Law N 223-FZ are defined

The list of particular legal entities which are obliged to conduct procurement of innovative production, hi-tech production, including at subjects of small and average business is approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 21, 2016 N 475-p. The list had included 90 organizations (joint-stock companies and other legal entities) which realize programs of innovative development. The order is approved according to the Federal law from 7/18/2011 N 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities".
