The circle of the regulations which are subject to an assessment of the regulating influence is specified

The law of the Republic of Tatarstan of March 26, 2016 No. 14-ZRT has made changes to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About an order of carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence of drafts of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan and examination of regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan".

The law brings provisions of the republican legislation on ARi into accord with the Federal law of December 30, 2015 No. 447-FZ "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation concerning an assessment of the regulating influence of drafts of regulations and examination of regulations".
