"Road map" "Improvement of legal regulation of town-planning activity and improvement of enterprise climate in the sphere of construction" will be included  actions for optimization of administrative procedures in the sphere of industrial construction, technological accession to heat and water supply, and also water disposal, - Dmitry Volkov, the public representative of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in Moscow following the results of a meeting of the working group on construction which has taken place on February 10, 2016 has reported.
