The bill on liberalization of CC in the sphere of business is developed

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation presented the bill offering a number of measures for liberalization of the criminal legislation in the sphere of business activity to the Government of the Russian Federation.

The bill provided increase by 1,5 times of the threshold extent of the damage which is the basis for initiation of legal proceedings that is connected with change of parameters of economic activity in the country. The last time the minimum values of the extent of the caused damage on crimes in the sphere of economic activity were established in 2010. Thus lately the cumulative turn of the companies and tax payments grew almost twice.
