The bill of changes in license control in the sphere of medical and pharmaceutical activity is introduced in the State Duma

The government of the Russian Federation approved and submitted for consideration in the State Duma of the Russian Federation the draft of the federal law 949282-6 "About modification of articles 14 and 15 of the Federal law "About bases of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" (further – the bill), developed by Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

The bill provided creation of the centralized system of the state control of quality of work of the medical and pharmaceutical organizations, to increase of efficiency and productivity of control and supervising activity and orientation of the state control (supervision) to the prevention, identification and suppression of violations in health sector.
