Changes are made to Rules of carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence

Since October 1, 2015 changes in Rules of carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence regarding introduction to practice of preparation of drafts of acts of the principle "one in – one out" ("one for one") come into force. According to changes adoption of new requirements to business means an exception of the operating.
This principle will be applied only when developing drafts of the acts have high extent of the regulating influence, that is to the projects changing "rules of the game" for business.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
