The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation urges citizens to estimate quality of the state services

For execution of an order of the President of the Russian Federation on the organization of connection of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services to system of public monitoring of quality of the state and municipal services "Your Control" the Department of state regulation in economy held the training webinar on technical questions of connection of MFC to AIS "Information and Analytical System of Monitoring of Quality of the State Services". More than 500 people from all subjects of the Russian Federation participated in action.

During a videoconference with regions it was underlined that results of polls of the population form the basis of calculation of an indicator of efficiency of heads of the relevant territorial divisions of the federal authorities responsible for providing the state services. Also it was sounded that during working  of system of monitoring estimates almost from 3 million citizens that allows government bodies of the power to estimate the level of satisfaction of citizens and countrywide, and in separate points came to it, and to accept necessary steps on improvement of a situation.

Estimates from all sources gather in uniform information and analytical system of monitoring of quality of the state services, results are reflected in the public site "Your Control".
