The Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the strategic session of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan

The event, which brought together representatives of companies from key sectors of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, became a practical platform for developing business development solutions for the period 2026-2027. 

Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, told entrepreneurs about the guarantee support for small and medium-sized businesses, warranty products and existing preferential lending programs for small and medium-sized businesses in the republic.

"We provide guarantees to entrepreneurs who, according to the conclusion of a financial institution, have a stable financial position, but do not have sufficient collateral when applying for loan financing," he said.

At the end of the meeting, Rustem Mukhamedshin was awarded with a letter of thanks from the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan for his assistance in the development of SMEs in the Republic of Tatarstan.
