Remote school of the licensee: inspection

Consideration of the application of the licensee-competitor of the license always comes to an end with carrying out exit inspection on the object declared to them, except for refusal cases in providing the license  at a stage of documentary check.
The applicant has to be notified on unscheduled exit inspection for days before carrying out check. About carrying out planned exit inspection - not later than within three working days prior to its carrying out
As it is specified in the law, an exit inspection is carried out in case at documentary check it isn't possible to establish implementation of license requirements. We will emphasize: only license requirements. The checking can't go beyond this framework, however and the applicant is obliged to provide all conditions to carry out check tasks.
As at documentary check it is impossible to establish the actual existence of the land plot, the building, the equipment, for all this survey and an exit inspection is carried out.
