Since October 1, 2015 each again introduced requirement has to accompany with cancellation existing, according to the rule "one in-one out"

Since July 1, 2015 will come into force changes of an order of carrying out the assessment of the regulating influence (ARI), approved as the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2015 No. 83. Changes affect the ARI procedure of federal regulations.

For determination of harmony of the introduced and cancelled requirements of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the Technique of an assessment of standard expenses of the subjects of business and other economic activity arising in connection with execution of requirements of regulation will be developed and approved (till October 1, 2015). For standardization of requirements to carrying out public (public) consultations (discussions) the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till October 1, 2015 will develop and will approve the Technique of the same name. Also among changes – fixing of regulations on possibility of carrying out legal experiments for a certain time and (or) in a certain territory.
