On February 17, 2015 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov participated in a meeting of presidium of Council at the President of the Russian Federation for modernization of economy and innovative development of Russia which took place in Novocheboksarsk of the Chuvash Republic. The Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Minnikhanov, representatives of executive authorities, heads of regions, heads of the enterprises and scientific and educational institutions participated in a meeting under the chairmanship of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

At a meeting questions of realization of a state policy in the field of intellectual property were discussed. The main report at a meeting was made by the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Dmitry Livanov.
