On January 15, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University Aleksey Kudrin said that the second stage of the strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan 2030 is completed.
Developers of the strategy presented the project of “Tatarstan-2030” strategy, and said that it is ready for public discussion and passing as a republican law.
Minnikhanov thanked developers for their work, and asked to discuss the project at summary sessions of ministries and agencies.
Aide to Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin, Tatarstan Minister of Economy Artem Zdunov, Director of a resource center on strategic planning (Leontief center) Boris Zhikharevich took part in the event.
On April 24, 2026, Elena Filippova, Head of the Regulatory Impact Assessment and Competition Development Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the interregional round table "The Digital Future of the Regions: Introducing digital Tools into Regulatory Impact Assessment", organized by the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the City of Moscow.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, held a meeting with representatives of business associations and public organizations of the Republic. The event was attended by representatives of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Vysokogorsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Over the first three months of this year, approximately 70 entrepreneurs in the republic have taken advantage of guarantee support totaling over 330 million rubles. This allowed them to raise 1.8 billion rubles of borrowed funds.
In the second quarter of 2026, small and medium-sized businesses will be able to attract at least 50 billion rubles of debt financing under the umbrella guarantees of the SME Corporation.
