The Russian-Israeli program for cooperation in the field of industrial research and development

Within the agreement concluded between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the State of Israel about cooperation in the field of industrial research and development, the Fund of infrastructure and educational programs from the Russian Federation and Office of the Main Scientific Ministry of Economy from the State of Israel declared selection of the Russian-Israeli projects in the field of industrial research and development. Order taking began since July 1, and will last till November 6, 2014. Within selection search of the projects which are carrying out industrial research and development with application of nanotechnologies in the following directions is planned: nanotechnologies in medicine and health care, in agriculture and food, in new power sources and use of natural resources, in environmental protection, in communication, informatics and data exchange, in space researches, biotechnologies and other scope of nanotechnologies.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
