The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepares the demand for receiving a federal subsidy for development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 1423-r provided assignment from the federal budget of 2,5 billion rubles for the purpose of granting in 2014 from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation subsidies for financial security of the actions provided by programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters. In 2013 for development of 14 innovative territorial clusters it was allocated from the federal budget 1,3 billion rubles, from which 213,2 million rubles was attracted on development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
