On July 24, 2014 at 14.00 in the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the briefing on pilot introduction of the collection (atlas) of the best municipal the practician took place

Now Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects is carried out work on formation of the collection (atlas) municipal the practician. 

For formation of pilot introduction of the collection 9 municipal areas of different regions of the Russian Federation are selected. The Republic of Tatarstan in this work is represented by the Tyulyachinsky municipal area.

Carrying out a briefing was initiated by Agency of strategic initiatives for presentation to mass media, and in a consequence to business community and the general public, the created collection (atlas) of the best municipal the practician.

The collection (atlas) municipal the practician is created on the basis of offers arrived from members of the working group on formation of the collection and municipalities of subjects of the Russian Federation. The collection contains minimum necessary conditions for formation of favorable investment and enterprise climate in the municipality territory.

In a briefing took part the deputy minister – the head of the department of support of business of the Ministry of the housekeeper of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin, the head of representation of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects in the Volga federal district Raphael Zaynutdinov, the head of Executive committee of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area Aydar Mirsayetov; deputy head of Executive committee of the Tyulyachinsky municipal area Ildar Minnigulov and representatives of mass media.

During a briefing by the Ministry of Economics it was reported on carried-out work on introduction of the Municipal Standard of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of representation of Agency of strategic initiatives the collection (atlas) of the best municipal the practician and the Tyulyachinsky area, as pilot municipality on collection approbation was presented. Representatives of the Tyulyachinsky area in turn shined work already carried out in the area on improvement of conditions of business, including the created conditions within introduction of the Municipal Standard of the Republic of Tatarstan and the collection of the best the practician.

Participants of a briefing also told about plans for introduction of the above documents until the end of 2014.
